Orange County is having the best 1st half for home sales since 2006, with an increase of 11.3% over last year. The sales for the second half are expected to be at least 7% up from the long term average.
The volume of existing home sales for single family homes and condos is also? up from last year , though new home sales? have fallen by a whopping 19.7%. The average selling price for residences in Orange County is now $420,000 , up 1.9% up from last year.
